CCG was launched in 2024 with an aim of bridging the funding and needs gap between Canada and the developing world particularly Africa.CCG is located on 675 Duncan Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5B 4M1 – Vancouver, BC, Canada.
The company founders have wide spanning experience working with NGOs, networking and lobbying, and business consultancy.Based on the founders’ prior experience and kwowledge of the field, the possibility of impact within the 1st and 2nd years of business are reasonably projected.
The Team
William Luwemba
Partner/ Consultant
William holds an MBA from University Canada West and a Bachelor’s in Development Economics from Makerere University. He has a wide ranging experience of over 8 years working in the NGO sector from Uganda.
He also has experience in planning in the Public Sector having been employed in the same for over 5years in Uganda. He understands the nuances and intricacies involved in administration to produce meaningful impact on the ground. His blended experience from both the public and private sector coupled with a deep understanding of both the developed and developing worlds sufficiently equips him with the knowledge and expertise for consultancy work.
Richard Chandler
Partner/ Consultant
Richard is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both the non-profit sector and the financial industry. He has been providing financial services to Canadian controlled private corporations for a decade, focusing on optimizing their strategies and providing tailored solutions. Alongside his financial career, he continues to engage in meaningful work within the non-profit sector, contributing to ongoing initiatives aimed at serving our community, helping maladaptive youth, and participating in fundraising efforts. His dual background allows him to blend a passion for social impact with expertise in financial solutions, particularly in supporting businesses with their unique needs.
Paola Gellibert
Consultant
Paola has over 10 years of experience in project analysis and management. She is also keen on the use of technology to leverage productivity to ensure project efficiency. She has experience in the public and private sectors.
She brings a wealth of experience in the local and international setting. In addition to the invaluable management experience and input she brings to CCG, and She is currently finalizing her MBA from University Canada West.
Manoj Saharan
Consultant
Manoj is an MBA holder from University Canada West, he is also an Engineer and AI enthusiast who is eager to leverage the power of technology and AI in particular to leverage productivity.
He blends the practical experience as an Engineer with a passion for leveraging technology to foster social change. He brings to CCG his technological expertise and passion for social change.
